Subscription Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties and no hidden conditions.
How to Cancel
You can cancel in either of the following ways:
- Through your customer account dashboard
- By emailing us at info@dragonsblood.store
Once cancelled, no future charges will be made.
Timing
- Cancellations apply to future renewals.
- If your next order has already been processed/shipped, it will be delivered as normal, and the cancellation will take effect starting with the next billing cycle.
Pause Instead of Cancel
If you just need extra time between refills, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling — also available by email request or through your account dashboard.
No Commitment
There is no minimum subscription length, and you may join or cancel at any time.
